NscapeWinFix2.0b3 is for resetting a save window in version2.0b3 of NetScape. Usually, at least on my machine, windows (especially download progress windows) fail to appear. This bug could have something to do with my particular model machine, or the fact that I use 2 monitors, or maybe it's something else.
